I have CanoScan Lide 35.?

When I start to scan it gives me an error (Error in scanner. Turn off scanner and follow instructions in manual. Scanner driver will be closed. (Code:201). Then when I click ok, it also says: There is a TWAIN error. Maybe the device is not connected. It's all connected and a followed the instruction. Still it won't work. So what do I do. Pls. help me.
