How many pres ale Tickets Michael jackson Tickets were available ?

I heard many people could / couldn't get thier MJ tickets through presales. What i don't understand is how many presales tickets were avaibale per concert. I heard they'd all been sold out - so does this mean i can't get any tickets on public sale. For example, for the first concert on July 8th, are all tickets taken through presale or just a certain amount because of the public sale on friday ?
