Friend+ship=friendship,scholar… citizen+ship. =citizenship why not lecturer+ship=lecturership.?

friend, citizen and scholar are also nouns. similarly lecture and lecturer both are nouns. then why can it be lectureship only not lecturership. please do explain with reason
