Can someone please give me feedback on this?

This is my professional calling to do all that I can to make vulnerable and oppressed individuals whole, empowering them so that one day many can be happy, productive individuals. I believe that every individual is worthy of dignity and respect and each individual has the ability to become self-sufficient and able to make the best possible choices/decisions for themselves. It is my role to make sure that there is justice and fairness for all individuals. With that, I want to work for change within our communities and society to ensure that all individuals, especially the marginalized and at-risk populations have the opportunity to live their lives to fullest potential. But change must first start with ourselves. The way the system is built has to change in order to benefit the less fortunate ones. I feel that all individuals should have the opportunity and right to fully participate in their communities and in their lives. We are the ones that support them in their goals and support their personal growth and development. We are here to improve the quality of their lives and enhance their well-being.
