Download free skins for mobile.. HELP?

How do i download free skins for wmp 10 version 10.3 on a blackjack 2 phone? I have been trying all morning, but haven't got it yet. All the files are in .zip or .rar files and i don't know how to unzip them or whatever. How do i get free skins onto my phone without going through the zip n rar process? I want some cool wmp skins for player. If you know some free sites or anything with cool skins let me know and something that is absolutely free. I'm just tired of looking at the same two skins that came on the phone. Where do i put the files or whatever on my phone? file explorer/windows media player file??? Any help would be appreciated, thanks n advance..!!!
