Casio Elixim problem! Help!?

My digital camera is having problems! The LCD screen isn't working and the lens on the camera wont come out. I do not understand digital cameras and I don't believe I have a warranty on it. The camera makes strange noises after I try to turn it on. This was my birthday gift a few months ago! I hope this isn't an expensive fix because i got an ipod touch last week and broke it and got a new one! My parents will flip if its broken!
