Can One Get High Off Focalin?

"Focalin is a brand name for dexmethylphenidate. Dexmethylphenidate is an isomer of Methylphenidate (also known as Ritalin). Dexmethylphenidate and Methylphenidate should have effects nearly identical to each other, though Dexmethylphenidate is about twice as potent as Methylphenidate (requires lower doses). This is supported by the fact that Focalin/Dexmethylphenidate is available in 2.5, 5, and 10 mg tablets while Ritalin/Methylphenidate is available in 5, 10 and 20 mg tablets. "
