How long do I have to complete college?

Here's the deal- I've got about 110 credits spread between 3 majors. I was a little indecisive when I was in school. Well, I've been out of school for about 12 years now and obviously without a degree. This is all due mostly to financial/family reasons. I attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick NJ and would be planning on going to University College (RU) in Newark NJ. Is this too much time? Would they accept my credits? What are the chances of getting financial aid with me being 35 married with 3 kids making about 100k? Any other input?
