Help!!!!!! Boy issues....in band...?

I play the tenor saxophone. And I'm proud of it. The two other tenor sax players in band with me ( both guys) are really nice and supportive and encourage me to keep playing but the alto sax players ( all guys) tell me to stop and that I suck. I dont. I'm actually really good Cus I did a level six nyssma piece. The baritone sax player sits next to me and she tells me that they bully her too. Should we deal with it or... Idk what to do....
