What do I need to do to fix my engine shake?

I have a 2003 toyota camry 4 cyl, and had to replace the magnetic clutch relay and my battery. Once they were replaced, everything seems to work fine, yet the car engine seems to vibrate more than usual. You can't feel it inside, but if you were looking under the hood, it's definitely noticeable. Any suggestions?
