Quick fantasy bball help... al harrington, troy murphy, kenyon martin, or drew gooden?!?!?

its a mind boggling decision for me, would really like some other opinions... for some reason im leaning towards al harrington but i have no idea how good his produciton will be with new york (traded today) and i also have an itch for troy murphy with his 10 rebound a game average.. yikes!!!! need some fast help
