You're just being pinged by port scanners. It can come from both another infected machine or by someone intentionally doing so. What they're trying to "get a hold of" is what ports (and thus services and software) you're machine is using. Either way, it doesn't matter, you're firewall is preventing your machine from "answering" the probes.
