Boyfriend had vasectomy 5 yrs ago?

I feel stupid asking this because I know next to impossible but my boyfriend had a vasectomy 5 yrs ago and I've had symptoms of pregnancy for the past couple months. I was pregnant 6 yrs ago and I have all the same symptoms: are swollen and tender, headaches, SEVERE mood swings, gas/bloating, fatigue, nausea and an insatiable craving for spinach. I spot when I should get my period, it only lasts 2-3 days and I have mild cramping. Normally I bleed heavily for 7-8 days and get very bad cramps. We don't want to get our hopes up, but we would love to have a child together. Is it even worth getting a pregnancy test?
