Back pain. please help!!!?

i am male 31 years old. i have tried to search for the answers to my back pain but no luck, i really hope that i get it here. Firstly the area of pain is in the upper back on the left hand side, next to spine and almost exactly behind my heart. now it all started about 19 odd years a ago while i was doing squats, that i felt a sudden current in this area put no pain. Thereafter i use to get the sweet itch in the same spot occasionally which used to go away by scratching it a bit hard. now there on, it started building up a sweet pain + itch and then intense pain + itch and then only pain and then it became a continuous pain without any stops. i used to put a tennis ball at the back while driving to get a minute of relief. it has been a chronic pain torture. Past one year the intensity has increased and i can feel the pain in the spot while i breathe in. At times i feel to cut my effected muscle from the back. i have been to a lot of doctors and all i get after 100 K tests is pain killers. They say it’s not cardiac it’s muscular but no permanent solution. Desperately waiting for a reply.

I am 19, I am a single mother I live with my parents ( I have little help from them) and work full time and go to school in the afternoons. I work at a school where I am incharge of taking care of a severly hanicaped child. I enjoyed this job at the begining but now I feel like the school taking advatage of me. Because I am new. I feel that she is not being cared for very well at home. When i expressed my concerns, they said was that we could take care of it, by that they meant I could take care of it. Unhappy sister's marriage.

My sister has been married for 10 years and has just had her third child. Her husband takes no interest in the children (or his wife if truth be told). He goes away every couple of weeks (to play golf). He does not come home from work until late in the evening every other day of the year (except Sunday afternoons). When my sister was in labour he dropped her off at the hospital door and told her to get the nurses to ring him when the baby was coming. Then 1hr after the baby was born he left to go out for a meal with his golf buddies because "it was too emotional to stay in the hospital". He visited her once the following day and then on day 2 he left for a golf tournament (that he couldn't get out of) leaving my elderly parents to help my sister when she got out of hospital once again. My sister in in denial and defends him all the time, even when she is not asked or challenged about his behaviour. She says things like "he works hard" or "the kids really love their father" . She constantly boasts about how happy & perfect her marriage is but my opinion and that of other members of the family is that my sister is very unhappy (yet defensive) and that our parents are basically supporting the marriage. My parents & I have talked about this and with the best intentions they feel they are helping her by being there when he is not. I feel the marriage needs my parents to back off and let my sister & her husband sort out their problems alone...whatever happens to the marriage. My parents say he is useless and that if they leave then she could not cope on her own. I don't know what to do. I see my parents worried sick & my sister miserable. It has got to the stage that I do not visit because I really cannot take this pretence that everything is wonderfull. I know people will say that I should out & mind my own business but I can see through the lies how unhappy this once vibrant girl is. The children appear sad & undisaplined. They constantly misbehave & cling to my sister. It is very hard to sit by and watch this all happen. Has anyone else had a similar problem and what should I do...if anything? Please help, this has been going on for years.

i have been asked to change 4 federal pacific electric panels. they are probably just going to be subpanels mainly, just one smaller main. i have never done a panel change before, but have installed and wired several panels in a clroom environment. my "main" question is how will i disconnect power to the main, will the owner need to schedule an appointment with the utility, and if so, will i need to be involved? my second question is, how tight should i torque the lugs? i have 10mm and 3/8 inch allen wrenches, will these be big enough? i have smaller. my final question is what if i run into knob and tube? is it legal to terminate K&T in a new panel, if not, how would i do it?

Okay - I'll be the first to say that society has changed for the worse DRASTICALLY since my Grandmother was raising her son in the late 50s early 60s - but she would have me believe that kids in her day never talked back, never acted impolitely in public, never got dirty, never disobeyed, etc. She sometimes is harshly judgmental about my children, who are 3 and 5. But to me my kids are just acting like a 3 and 5 year old and sometimes saying and doing things they shouldn't. They get corrected and punished if necessary, and they continue to improve all the time. Kitchen tiles are burning hot in a specific area?

I have just noticed today that in a area of my kitchen the tiles are burning hot to the touch. So, something underneath the tiles are causing them to get so hot that you can't even touch one of them. One tile is def. the hottest to narrow down the spot. The surrounding tiles are warm and getting warmer as the day has progressed. We have lived here for a little over a year and there used to be vents in the flooring but they have been cemented in. There is a vent in the kitchen on the floor but cemented in and we cover it with a rug. Our house is built on a slab of concrete and there is no crawl space underneath. I have no idea as to what could make them that hot. And no its not from the sun, nor an old vent, so please any ideas or advice on what to do or who to call would be more than appreciated. My next expected period is in the next week or so. Based on my CM, I think I ovulated between the 1st and 4th of Dec. I had unprotected on the 28th (Nov) and the 2nd and 4th (Dec). On the 6th, I started spotting. It was very light and a brown color with a hint of red. It was mixed in with normal discharge as there was an abundance of clear sticky mucus. I only had it when I wiped that once and then it went away, only to happen again the following day. This has continued off and on for 6 days (today being the 6th day), progressing from brown/light red to just brown to pink. It has been very light though and only happens every now and then, sometimes I go more than 24 hours without any of the abnormal coloring. Instead, I will just get normal discharge, either creamy or sticky. It is not like a normal period at all, rather it feels and smells like CM. Since the spotting, I have had mild headaches, nausea, dizziness, extreme fatigue, lower backaches, dull twinges of pain in my lower abdomen, and swollen, tender, tingly ...could I be pregnant, and could this be implantation bleeding?

How to deal with & help a Prescription Drug Addict?

One of my good friends & neighbor has a prescription drug problem. She has always made up stories throughout her life to get Dr.'s to prescribe her hard drugs & get attention from those around her. One time she even pretended she had cancer. I've been friends with her now for about a year and witnessed an episode of hers in March of 09, she overdosed on her drugs to commit "suicide" for attention. She is married and has a baby that just turned one. I am worried about my friend but extremely worried about her baby with the way she acts. After her "meltdown" in March everything cooled down and then slowly she started saying things again & went back on prescriptions. Her story now is that she has carpal tunnel (which is new) It started out as just a little pain & has slowly gotten to the point where she is on 8 different prescriptions that we are aware of and hiding even more, shes even gone as far as to talking the dr.s into giving her steroid shots in her wrist & is even talking about surgery. her stories do not math up, when she goes to a Dr. that says shes fine she goes Dr. shopping until she finds 1 that will give her a "fix". She has even brought up something from the past that she has faked which is epileptic seizures. We know for a fact that this is a lie, I am also really good friends with her younger sister (Sarah) who says that whenever she seizes in front of her in the middle she starts laughing while she has the seizure. Right now she is on "Isometh-D-Chlorulphenz-AP APITP" "Amitriptyline 10 mg" "Celebrex 200 mg Capsule sea" "Tramadol HCL 50 mg" "Promethazine 25 mg" "Clonazepam 1 mg" "Gabapentin 100 mg" all of that is prescribed by one Dr. A different has also prescribed her "Topiramate 25 mg". Then in addition to those we also know that she has but is hiding Loratabs, Darvesets, Topamax, and a drug that starts with Gamb?. Her sister Sarah, husband Jerry, and me are looking at getting an intervention set up. Any help about how to go about an intervention, specialist we can contact, or your knowledge on these prescription drugs would be appreciated.

Crazy cat, pls help!?

my cat has always been very agressive towards others, but never towards me. this spring she has started hissing and scratching if touched. i went to visit my family for a month and 1/2 and half and jus came back 2day. when i returned she rubbed against my leg and then sat on me purring. Then, a little while later when i ped by her she started meowing like i've never heard her and when kneeled on the floor and called her, she ran towards me and scratched my face including right underneath my eye which as a result is all swollen. as soon as she sees me she runs after me and ferousciously scratches me. i have to walk aound the house w/a broom to scare her. what can i do? i can't even take her to the vet because there's no way to pick her up! im worried that my mom will throw her out considering she's already not very fond of cats.

Here's the deal- I've got about 110 credits spread between 3 majors. I was a little indecisive when I was in school. While I am not a coder, I do work in healthcare, and given the rather large number of coders out there, I would say that if the employer had the chance to hire an accredited grad v non; they would pick the accredited one every time. Accreditation and certificates and such are important in the medical field due to the tremendous responsibility & liabilities. Docs and hospitals recognize this. If all the want adds require graduation from an accredited program, that is all they will hire. This program will probably be a waste.

Blackberry curve or palm centro?

I would recommend the BlackBerry Curve as you will get excellent battery life and the keypad is better, in my opinion. The keypad on the Centro is somewhat cramped and small, while the keypad on the Curve is much more spacious. It is excellent for texting.

I know that it's best to interpret oneself s dreams when not in mental or emotional instability, but I would appreciate other points of view. I had a dream which took setting at my aunt's garage (which is quite big, open, but with a roof); it looked larger in my sleep. My aunt was breeding or taking care of tigers and lions in what looked like a small city c of the width of a person in the upper part; the kind of cs made of concrete that have a lesser width at the bottom than at the top which are used to make way for the water when it rains only. I was half-present, half-observer in the c and in there I witnessed many generations of lions, tigers, ligers, and tigons (the last two are a combination of first ones) being left there and taken, cubs and adults alike. They were not aggressive, I might even describe them as kind and gentle. I THINK there were less of them for each generation; I only remember that the last generation that I saw were two tigons. Intense cramping and rectal bleeding..please help if u can?

ok for the past couple months ive had problems making a BM. Before when i would go it would just be intense pain and sharp stings in the rectum but no blood. The pain was so intense that i would not want to make a BM anymore it was so bad. I would need to go but the sharp pains in my made me reconsider. This happened for a couple weeks and eventually stopped. Well now i dont have those sharp pains when i make a BM but i am having blood come out in my stool. This week it has happened twice where i have had extremely intense cramping, almost like i was constipated. The only diffrence is that when i had constipation cramps before they would hurt really bad and go away and then hurt again and go away. But these last two times the cramping was constant and never went away. Everytime i make a BM though i have been seeing a significant amount of blood in the toilet (bright red). (happening for about 2-3 weeks now everytime) Well last night i had such intense cramps so i felt if i made a BM it would go away. The first time i tried using the bathroom only a tiny stool came out with a good amount of blood and the second time i went nothing came out except blood. I was really worried somthing was really wrong with me and started freaking out and the cramps didnt stop until i went to sleep. I was especially upset because it was me and my bf's 4 year anniversary and i couldnt even move. I have a doctors appointment on Monday to get looked at and i read online some of the diffrent things it could be like hemmeroids and stuff but none of them discribed the intense cramping i had. Im on birth control Depo Provera and im not sure if thats the cause to the intense headache i had last night too before the cramps. I tried going to the bathroom this morning and i was in the bathroom for a good half hour in pain but it finally ped but im still having little signs of cramping (not as intense as last night by far) and i have a headache again. If anyone has had this happen to them or they know what it might be thats causing this please help me!! I almost wanted to go to the hospital last night i was so afraid but decided to sleep it off and see how i feel. How do I convince my mom to let me cut my own hair?

My mom doesn't ever want to take me to cut my hair unless its every 6 months(she says that she doesn't have enough "time" but she can take herself out every month to go cut her hair and buy shoes for herself o_o). I subtly cut my hair because she doesn't allow me to do it myself, but I think I do a pretty decent job at cutting my hair. But I don't want to subtly cut it every 2 weeks, I just wanna trim it to the length I like. I feel stupid asking this because I know next to impossible but my boyfriend had a vasectomy 5 yrs ago and I've had symptoms of pregnancy for the past couple months. I was pregnant 6 yrs ago and I have all the same symptoms: are swollen and tender, headaches, SEVERE mood swings, gas/bloating, fatigue, nausea and an insatiable craving for spinach. Has anyone had problems with weighloss after a hysterectomy?

I had my 3rd child, and started having probelms with poly cystic ovarian syndrome, then had endometriosis, and gained weight. I never lost the weight until I stayed completely away from carbs. and then after a year, I finally gave up on staying away from carbs. and gained weight back and probably then some. I had a full hysterectomy and after my hysterectomy I lost weight again then gained it back and more. Usually my weight has stayed the same never more or less, but since I've had the hysterectomy, I've gained a lot. Some women from work told me after about 4 years of having a hysterectomy I will start loosing the weight because my body is adjusting to a hysterectomy. They all 4 said they had a full hysterectomy and after 4 years they started loosing a tremendous amount of weight without dieting and being on hormones. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Has anyone had a full hysterectomy before? Please give me any experiences with weight problems? Also, how do I get the motivation to loose weight again? I want to stay away from carbs. again because that seemed like the only thing I could do in order to loose weight. I tried cutting back calories and watching what I eat, but it never worked. When I completely stayed away from carbs. and drunk lots of water is when I noticed a huge difference with weight loss.

I had a chemical pregnancy in October and finally had my first textbook cycle this month.Had my period Nov 17-24,then O'd on the 1st(bd'd the day before as well as the day of,and FF confirmed O). Unfortunately right after I ovulated,I caught a bad cold and for the last week have been sleeping erratically,waking up every hour or so then I can't breathe,etc etc.DH also dropped the room temp so I could breathe better.At 7 dpo(wed) I had a HUGE dip in temp,as in .7 as well as cramps which I never get,it actually went below coverline.I am still about a week out from AF so a temp drop would be early as mine doesn't usually do that until a day or two before the witch is due :)This morning temps are back above the coverline but my BBT usually doesn't get above the mid 97's.So it's not the temps themselves bothering me because I know I ovulate and such but I am wondering about that big dip.The last week my chart looks like the Rocky Mountains due to the cold so I can't pinpoint a reason,DH and I are ttc so every cycle is important.I had someone say it could be an "implantation dip" considering the timing and the cramping that accompanied it(those stopped last night as well,just had them for a day)but others say that's a myth.Can anyone give an opinion on what it might be and whether I should just ignore this? I know one individual temp doesn't mean anything but I'm curious to know if a BFP might be my christmas present.Thanks!

Mayo is young and has a major effect on the run and pes over the middle, and his position is the leader of the defense, and while I really like Steven Jackson's power and versatility, especially because I think running back is more important than receiver, Desean's explosiveness is so rare that you can't p up on him, he's a game changer. The only other guys I'd consider are jones drew and roddy white, I think Ray Lewis is too old to build around, most cornerbacks don't last long, and p catching tight ends aren't that essential to super bowl winners while the ones that are great blockers are.
