Will I be accepted into University of Colorado at Boulder? Do I have a chance?

I have a 3.4 GPA and i have an ACT score of 20. I also participated in the basketball team and I live in Colorado.....if that helps. I am not sure if I should even apply, do you think i even have a chance?
