Would you save the starving children if you knew you were contributing to the planet's demise?

yes, i understand it's not their fault and blah blah blah virtues and morals. but seriously, if people didnt die, the world would be overpopulated that much quicker. yes, i realise it already kinda is, and the world will be screwed eventually anyways. but when you see a disaster...dont you ever thing 'thats one less mouth the feed;' or something along those lines. its like the ebb of the waves..if theres a little more ebb theres a lower tide.
